Between KFC Thailand and Sb21 (@sarayut_bunpakhom, tiktok).
1. Fee
The brand pays a total fee of THB 64,000.00 (proposed) for the deliverables and rights below, payable by the milestones in clause 5. Each milestone is released only once the gate named beside it has settled.
2. Deliverables
- 1 × TikTok 30 to 45s
- 2 × Instagram Stories
3. Usage rights
6 months paid social, Thailand.
4. Exclusivity
The creator will not publish paid content for a competing brand in the same category for 30 days from the first publish under this agreement.
