Creator services agreement

Between KFC Thailand and BKK Night Owl (@bkk.nightowl, tiktok), represented by Siam Creators.
1. Fee
The brand pays a total fee of THB 65,000.00 (proposed) for the deliverables and rights below, payable by the milestones in clause 5. Each milestone is released only once the gate named beside it has settled.

- 1 Story
3. Usage rights
3mo Thailand paid social.
4. Exclusivity
The creator will not publish paid content for a competing brand in the same category for 30 days from the first publish under this agreement.
