1. Fee

The brand pays a total fee of THB 175,000.00 (approved) for the deliverables and rights below, payable by the milestones in clause 5. Each milestone is released only once the gate named beside it has settled.

2. 2 × Instagram Stories

3. Usage rights

6 months paid social, Thailand.

4. Exclusivity

The creator will not publish paid content for a competing brand in the same category for 30 days from the first publish under this agreement.

5. Milestones

6. Likeness licence

The creator licenses their likeness for KFC Thailand · Zinger Double Down Dark · Thailand social, for a term of 6 months, in the following formats: 9:16 pre-live promo, 9:16 post-live highlight, 1:1 product explainer. A likeness fee of THB 40,000.00 (settled) applies. Every publish that uses a synthetic likeness carries a disclosure. The creator may revoke this licence at any time, and dependent cuts are withdrawn with it.

7. Note on the agreed deal

This document differs from the terms the deal agreed on 4 terms:

• Fee: the contract reads THB 175,000.00; the deal agreed THB 85,000.00. The contract fee is THB 90,000.00 above the agreed fee.
• Deliverables: the contract reads 1 × TikTok 30 to 45s, 2 × Instagram Stories; the deal agreed TikTok 30 to 45s, 2 Stories. Missing from the contract: TikTok 30 to 45s, 2 Stories. Added in the contract: 1 × TikTok 30 to 45s, 2 × Instagram Stories.
• Usage rights: the contract reads 6 months paid social, Thailand; the deal agreed 6mo Thailand paid social. The usage wording differs from the agreed deal. Check they mean the same thing before signing.
• Exclusivity: the contract reads 30 days; the deal agreed 90 days. The contract asks for 60 fewer days of exclusivity than agreed.

Signing accepts the contract as written.
